Old Road Print Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and related tools, including the product catalog, T-shirt designer, and quote/order flows (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Site.

Who we are

Information we collect

Account and contact information — such as name, email address, and password or access credentials when you create an account, sign in, or submit a quote or order.
Order and quote details — designs, product selections, sizes, quantities, shipping or pickup preferences, and messages you send with a request.
Payment-related information — if you pay through a third-party processor, we receive confirmation and limited billing details from that provider; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Technical and usage information — including IP address, browser type (user agent), pages visited, actions in the designer and catalog, timestamps, and session or correlation identifiers used to understand how the Site is used and to diagnose errors.
Communications — content of emails or messages you send to us about orders or support.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

Operate the Site, authenticate users, and save your designs and quote cart.
Process quotes and orders, communicate about status, and fulfill printing services.
Improve reliability, security, and product experience (including internal interaction logging).
Comply with law and protect our rights, users, and the public.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Interaction logging

We maintain server-side logs of certain Site activity (for example, page views, API calls, and errors) in our UserInteractionLog database. These logs may include IP address, user agent, page URL, event names, whether you were signed in, an internal customer identifier when applicable, and a correlation ID stored in your browser’s sessionStorage under the key ora_correlation_id to link related events. This logging is first-party only and is used to operate and improve the Site, not for third-party advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, and IndexedDB) for similar purposes. The table below lists the main technologies we use today.

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block or delete cookies). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. Clearing local storage or IndexedDB will remove saved quote cart items on that device.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) on the Site at this time. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before those tools run.

How we share information

We may share information with:

Service providers — such as hosting, email, payment processors, and suppliers needed to fulfill orders, only as needed to provide their services.
Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. To make a request, email Order@OldRoadPrintCo.com with enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your account or order.

California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required notices.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
